Payment processed through paypal secure gateway system.
Orders over $50.00 ship ups ground, orders under $50.00 ship priority mail,
transit time varies per destination.

RETURN POLICY
We will be glad to make an exchange for any items that you are not completely happy with.
The items must be unused and in perfect condition and returned within 10 days of the date
received. Just give a call or send us an email and let us know what you need. Please send
items UPS or insured parcel post and if possible please use all original packaging. Wrinkled
and/or damaged items will not be accepted. Shipping and handling costs on return
merchandise is not refundable.
COMMITMENT

THE STORE
Elaine Arsenault is on 9th street between 1st and
2nd Avenues in the heart of Manhattan’s East Village.
Surrounded by various designer boutiques, restaurants,
speciality shops and old and new world businesses,
Elaine’s boutique is not only her store, but her workshop.
The bags are made in the back and sold in the front
and Elaine can often be found in one place or another.
